Is it really free?
Yes — one free site per account, permanently, and a wedding is exactly what that's for. Nothing is held back behind a card. If you want the address to be your own names (marta-and-sam.com), that's a paid plan, and you can search for and buy the domain inside Spanli.
How do the RSVPs work?
Guests fill in the form on your site — names, how many, whatever else you ask them for — and every reply collects in one list in your dashboard. It's a list you read and count, not a guest-management system: simple on purpose, and it keeps collecting whether or not you're looking.
Neither of us is remotely design-minded.
Then don't decide anything. Take what it builds, or use "I feel lucky" and it makes every call for you. If you do have opinions, the look, colours, fonts and spacing are dropdowns that change the preview as you pick them.
We're going to fiddle with it the night before. Is that risky?
