For cleaning companies
A cleaning company website that answers "how much?"
Describe what you clean and who for. Spanli builds the site while you watch: services, prices, the areas you cover, your reviews, and a quote form that collects every enquiry in one place.
You type “A domestic cleaning company in Cardiff, insured, the same team every visit” - and Spanli assembles the site in front of you: opening, services and prices, recent work, quote request. The changes receipt reads: Added: 4 sections - opening, services and prices, recent work, quote request.
Sound familiar?
Forty people a week ask "how much for a three-bed?" and half of them are gone by the time you can answer.
You're on your knees in someone's kitchen at eight in the morning, not sitting at a laptop. The one-page site your cousin made three years ago has a form pointing at an email address nobody has opened since. Every enquiry that dies quietly was a weekly regular you didn't get.
How it works
What Spanli does about it
In the demo beside each claim: the site Spanli built; then new quote request arriving in the Spanli inbox; then the end of tenancy line being corrected - you click it, type “end of tenancy is 210”, and £240 becomes £210.
Describe the business, get the site
"Domestic and office cleaning, insured, same team every visit, we cover the north side" is enough to work with. A finished first draft builds in front of you.
Quote requests stop leaking
The form asks what needs cleaning, how big, and how to reach them; every enquiry waits in your Spanli dashboard, in one list, in the order they arrived.
Change it from the van
Open the live preview on your phone, tap the line about weekend cover, type the new one, press Publish. Out there before your next job.
Everything on it
What your cleaning site includes
Prices people can read before they call
Per hour, per room, per clean (whatever you actually charge), laid out clearly and editable like filling in a form when your rates move.
The trust things, up front
Insured, vetted, keys handled properly, the same faces each visit. The section for what you stand for is there by default, in your words.

It all comes pre-chosen. You take out what doesn't apply rather than building from an empty page
- A clear opening that says what you clean and where
- Why people trust you: insured, vetted, the same team each visit
- Services and prices
- Photos of your work
- Customer reviews
- The areas you cover and the hours you work
- A quote-request form
- Your team, if you want them named
Two ways in
Start from what you already have
Describe door
Most cleaning businesses use the describe door: a couple of sentences and your before-and-after photos, uploaded at the very first step with a note about each.
Modernize my site
Got a site a marketing company built and then stopped answering emails about? "Modernize my site" rebuilds it from its address, keeping your story.

In case you're wondering.
Can customers book and pay online?
No, and that's deliberate. They send a quote request through the form and it waits in your dashboard; you price it and book it the way you already do. Spanli doesn't run a schedule or take card payments.
My prices depend on the property. What do I put?
Anything honest: "from" prices, an hourly rate, or a short list of what's included with no numbers at all. It's your text. Change it whenever you like without asking anyone.
Do I need before-and-after photos?
They help, and they're easy: upload them at the first step with a note ("this is an end-of-tenancy"), or add them later from your phone. If you'd rather not, the site works without them.
Someone else in the office does the admin. Can they edit it?
Yes. Invite them as an editor and they can change text and answer enquiries without touching your billing or your password.
What does it cost?
Every new site starts with 80 free credits. Describe your site, watch it appear, and look at it as much as you like, with no card. Choose a plan when you want it online at your own address.
