For real estate agents
A real estate agent website that's yours, not a portal's
Describe how you work and Spanli builds the site while you watch. Listings are yours to add: photos, price, a few lines, publish — no competitor's face underneath, no monthly fee for the privilege.
You type “An estate agent in Charleston selling family homes — my listings, my track record” — and Spanli assembles the site in front of you: opening, current listings, recently sold, valuation request. The changes receipt reads: Added: 4 sections — opening, current listings, recently sold, valuation request.
Sound familiar?
Every property you list sits on a portal that puts three rival agents' photos directly beneath it.
A seller asks how you'll market their house and you end up sending them a link to somebody else's website. Your own site, if you have one, still says "featured properties" above two houses you sold last spring.
How it works
What Spanli does about it
In the demo beside each claim: new valuation request arriving in the Spanli inbox; then the site Spanli built; then the 88 marsh lane line being corrected — you click it, type “Marsh Lane is 725 now”, and $740,000 becomes $725,000.
The valuation enquiry, front and centre
Sellers asking what their place is worth land in your Spanli dashboard as a list of names and numbers, not a forwarded email chain.
Your bio, already written
Paste your LinkedIn and the "who am I trusting with my house" part builds itself from your real career, photo included.
Edit between viewings
Open the live site on your phone, tap the price that changed, say the new one. Published before you're back in the car.
Everything on it
What your agent site includes
Listings you add in two minutes
New property: photos, address, price, a short description, publish. It's a form, not a favour asked of a web developer — and taking one down when it's sold is one click.

A site that's about you
Your track record, your patch, how you sell, what your clients said. The portal gets the traffic; you get the relationship.
All pre-chosen; you remove what you don't need
- An opening that says who you sell for and where
- How you work — the part sellers are actually choosing between
- Current listings, added and removed by you
- Your track record and years in the area
- Client reviews from both sides of a sale
- The areas you cover and how to reach you
- A valuation or viewing enquiry form

Describe door
The describe door covers the rest in a couple of sentences — your area, your kind of property, how you work. Have a site from your last agency? "Modernize my site" rebuilds it from its address under your own name.

In case you're wondering.
Does it pull my listings from the portal automatically?
No — there's no feed, and we won't pretend otherwise. You add each listing yourself through a short form: photos, price, description. It takes about two minutes, and the result is properties presented your way rather than in a portal's template.
What happens when a property sells?
Mark it or remove it — one form, one click, published immediately. Some agents keep a "sold" list as proof of a busy year; that's your call.
Can buyers book viewings on the site?
They send a request through the form — property, name, contact — and it waits in your dashboard. Spanli doesn't run a calendar; you arrange the viewing the way you already do.
Can my assistant keep the listings updated?
Yes. Invite them as an editor and they can add and retire properties without touching billing or your password.
What does it cost?
Your first site is free. Paid plans add your own web address — searched and bought inside Spanli — and higher-quality build options.
