What's inside
Enquiries land somewhere. Every time.
Your site comes with the form it needs — contact, booking enquiry, quote request, RSVP — and everything sent through it is collected the instant it's sent and waiting in your Spanli inbox.
You type “A two-chair barbershop in Boston, walk-ins before noon, bookings after” — and Spanli assembles the site in front of you: opening, services, in the shop, booking enquiry. The changes receipt reads: Added: 4 sections — opening, services, in the shop, booking enquiry.
Sound familiar?
You don't know if the form on your site works.
You filled it in yourself once, months ago, and nothing arrived — or something did and you can't find it now. So you put your phone number in the header and hope, and every enquiry you never saw is a customer who thinks you ignored them.
Step by step
How it works
In the demo beside each claim: new booking enquiry arriving in the Spanli inbox; then the site Spanli built; then the student cut line being corrected — you click it, type “student cut is 32”, and $40 becomes $32.
The right form comes with the site
A salon gets a booking enquiry, a builder gets a quote request, a wedding gets an RSVP — asking for what that kind of business actually needs to know.
Someone fills it in on your site
and presses send.
It's captured immediately
, right at the visitor's end of the line. It doesn't wait on your site being finished, or mid-change, or on anything of ours being awake.
Continued
It appears in your inbox
in the Spanli dashboard — what they wrote and when they wrote it, in one list.

It keeps collecting while you work
Rebuild the whole site this afternoon; the enquiries that arrive during it are still there afterwards.
Want different questions?
Ask in chat — "also ask which service they want" — and the form changes.
Who it's for
Anyone whose next job arrives as a message:
hair salons taking booking enquiries instead of DMs, cleaning services and construction trades collecting quote requests with enough detail to price them, consultants catching the "can we talk?" that would otherwise go to a contact page that doesn't work, wedding hosts counting RSVPs in one list.

In case you're wondering.
Do I get an email when someone submits the form?
Not today — and we'd rather say so than let you find out. Submissions wait in your dashboard inbox, so checking it needs to be a habit, the way checking your messages is. (The one email Spanli does send you is when a build has finished.)
Can people pay through the form?
No. It's an enquiry, not a checkout — you take payment the way you already do. If you need a real shop with card payments, you've outgrown what Spanli builds, and we'd rather tell you than half-build you a store.
Can I change what the form asks?
Yes. Say what you want asked, in chat, in plain words.
What happens to enquiries while I'm changing my site?
They keep arriving and they keep being collected. Editing your site doesn't take the form off the air.
Can someone else answer them?
Yes — invite them as an editor and they can see the same inbox without getting near your billing.
