Do I need to know what to ask for?
No. Ask for the outcome — "make it feel more premium", "put the phone number where people will see it" — not the method. If your wording is ambiguous, Spanli asks you one plain question instead of guessing.
What if I don't like what it made?
Say so, in the same chat. And your site keeps a history, so if a whole round of changes went the wrong way, one click puts it back.
Do I have to sit and watch the whole build?
No. Ask to be emailed when it's done and close the laptop — the build doesn't need you there.
Can I do this from my phone?
Yes. Most small changes happen exactly there: see the site, type the sentence, done.
Does it write the words, too?
