I can't find where to change something
A short decision tree — chat, pointing, or a form — for whatever it is you are trying to change.
There are only three places anything is changed, and this page is here to tell you which one you want. If you are lost, the honest shortcut is: point at it and say what is wrong. That works for nearly everything.
Is it a thing you can see on a page?
Point at it. In the preview, move over the thing, click the pencil that appears, and type the change. Works for a heading, a photo, a price, a button, a whole band. See Pointing at something.
Is it one of a repeating set?
A dish, a service, a project, an article, a product — those are lists, and editing one is a form. Look down the side of your project for a list named after them. See The lists you keep.
Rule of thumb: if changing it would only affect one of several similar things on the page, it is a list item.
Is it about the site as a whole?
Ask in chat. Adding or removing a page, adding a section, changing the look, rewriting a whole page, changing what the contact form asks — all of these are sentences:
- "Add a page for frequently asked questions."
- "Make the whole thing warmer."
- "Also ask which service they want on the form."
Is it not the site at all?
Some things are not part of the site's content and live in your project's settings instead:

Still lost?
Ask in the chat, in the vaguest possible terms. "Where do I change the opening hours?" is a perfectly good message, and you will get either the change itself or a plain answer about where it lives.
You are not expected to know the map. That is the point of the whole product.
